I've been thinking a lot lately about the Fairness Doctrine -- not surprising, since it has become the favorite political football of the post-election season. And something occurred to me tonight. So, following on a hunch, I decided to do some searching. Let's just say that it doesn't exactly take Woodward & Bernstein to put the pieces together:
Concerned Women for America, 5/28/2003: FCC Failing to Properly Enforce Decency Standards.
Concerned Women for America, 8/14/2007: Reinstating FCC's "Fairness Doctrine" would be a horrible, unacceptable limitation of free speech.
I think we can all see where the "Concern" really lies here.
